We still have some openings:

For ages 9-13, adventure and learning kayaking camp.  Open to all.  Pre-registration required. Based from Crossroads Academy in Lyme, NH.

Day 1:  flat water lake or pond the first day, intros, parts of boats, unloading and loading, life jacket fitting, paddle strokes on land. On the water: basics, and rescues and a bit of a trip.
Day 2: paddle lake Fairlee, 1 1/2 miles long lake.
Day 3:  Connecticut River with a paddle upstream and back down
Day 4: running the Connecticut River, perhaps a 4-6 mile trip, with a stop for lunch of course, and swimming, (with life jackets unless you are a life guard or bring one).
5th day:  run of the river below Wilder Dam on moving water.
