Summer Vacation Camp, June 26-30, 2017
Based in South Strafford, we will go exploring, play team building games, create natural arts, and prepare for an overnight trip. We will learn kayaking skills in preparation for a two-day trip, from Bradford to Orford on flat water on the Connecticut River. We stay at a primitive campsite.

Summer Paddling with the National Park Service:
For 2017, we are again offering the Boots to Boats program for 100+ youth.
Most of 2016 was spent taking youth ages 8-16 years old kayaking on the Connecticut River, mostly above Wilder Dam, for the National Park Service (NPS) Centennial project Boots to Boats. In addition to camp groups, there were three free public days. We took out 152 youth, 68 of whom went out a second time, with an additional 73 adult trips either supporting the youth trips or on the free public days. This was a marvelous opportunity for so many, and we all appreciate the National Park Foundation and all the work that the National Park Service has done to help facilitate the program.
